Just witnessing California burn 😢 thinking about the owner of this painting. Hope her and the horned lizard made it out OK and aren’t anywhere near the fires. The horned lizard is resilient, to deter prey, they squirt blood from their eyes. #hornedlizard #california #inspiration

Never thought I would be 40 and waking up to 2 little art critics who come down every morning to my studio to check out the latest progress on my children’s book. The latest comment from my daughter was, “Where’s the lady bug?” & in the genre of children’s books involving summer time and gardening,Continue reading “Never thought I would be raising 2 little art critics.”

I’m illustrating a book for an illustrious group of lawyers, go look them up!
