A very cold, snowy day here in Canada and a mug of hot chocolate. It’s a warm and fuzzy feeling inside especially with all that heat radiating from the flat screen TV. I really like painting, I like being able to mix my colors and change them at any time in the process. I can communicate any symbolic, pictorial image I want, it is so satisfying to be able to do this, so freeing. The style I most likely resemble is Surrealism and Pop Art although if you ask me I think it’s Spooky! This painting is done on gessoed masonite board complete with wooden frame painted in a metallic bronze color. A roasty, toasty feast for the eyes.
