Nobody talks about the Canadian Dream 🇨🇦 but WHAT IS the Canadian Dream.
As a bi product of the Canadian Dream, I believe there are 3 parts:
1. Get a stable job in healthcare, in a country where universal healthcare is the norm.
2. Do it in a country so diverse and welcoming, they have publicly funded, second language programs for their school aged children to help carry on familial language and customs.
3. Raise your children in a culture of tolerance, free speech, open expression and never ending debate.
There are only so few places left in this world where those 3 facets come together for a thriving life..
and for all of my parents’ sacrifice, and all the trash I picked up at my dad’s old medical office..
I intend to keep the dream alive. With picture books on free expression and living the good life:
